Senior Multimedia Designer

Position: Full-time

Setup: Hybrid Set-up 1x a week in BGC

Schedule: AU Business Hours

Core Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Web Design

    • Lead the design of creative assets across web, social, and campaigns (e.g., EDMs, web banners, landing pages, paid ads).

    • Design visually engaging, user-centered website layouts and interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.

    • Apply UI/UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversion across digital experiences.

    • Collaborate directly with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

  • Graphic Design

    • Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-quality collateral, embodying complex B2B solutions in visually compelling designs.

    • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and guide junior designers to align with brand guidelines.

    • Design captivating sales flyers, brochures, exhibition booth concepts, and large-format event graphics.

    • Prepare artwork for production, ensuring correct formats and specifications.

  • Video & Motion Graphics

    • Create, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging video content for web, social, and digital campaigns.

    • Develop and produce high-quality 2D (required) and 3D (bonus) motion graphics, including logo animations, product reveals, and animated typography.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop animated content that effectively narrates our brand’s story.

  • Collaboration & Leadership

    • Work in close partnership with the Head of Brand & Creative to shape, evolve, and extend the brand identity across all outputs.

    • Take end-to-end ownership of your work, operating independently with direction rather than supervision.

    • Facilitate smooth collaboration and communication with remote teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Job qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of design experience, preferably in the B2B sector.

  • Proven experience in video production and motion graphics.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and multimedia projects.

  • Creative thinker with the aptitude to communicate complex concepts through compelling visuals.

  • Detail-oriented with notable project management abilities.

  • Demonstrable ability to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
