Senior Multimedia Artist

Position: Full-time

Setup: Remote

Schedule: EST

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Work in close partnership with the onshore creative and graphics team to shape, evolve, and extend the brand identity across digital, web, social, print, and video outputs, and sometimes shift as a backup for the onshore creatives and graphics team

  • Perform video trimming and video conversions

  • File organization and asset management: download and/or upload files in designated locations

  • Produce short-form content (reels) from long-form videos

  • Basic thumbnail design production

  • Edit podcasts, interviews, or event content

  • Edit with subtitles, B-roll integration, and multi-camera editing

  • Communicate complex concepts through compelling visuals, picture and design funnels, websites, campaigns, and social media

  • Create mock-ups for products, backgrounds, flyers, and banners

  • Create high-impact designs that resonate with businesses

  • Prepare artwork for production, ensuring correct formats and specifications (10 – 40-page PDFs, creates images for landing pages and social media, etc.)

  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to storyboard, shoot, and edit videos, as well as develop animated content that effectively narrates our brand’s story

  • Develop and produce high-quality 2D (required) and 3D (bonus) motion graphics, such as, but not limited to, logo animations, product reveals, and animated typography

  • Meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume content output during rush requests

Minimum Skills, Competencies, and Requirements:

  • Proficiency with major editing tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and/or CapCut)

  • Adept in creating and/or managing landing pages, funnels, and websites using platforms such as ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Systeme.io, GoHighLevel, PipelinePro, Kartra, and/or Kajabi

  • Ability to work independently with direction, not supervision. Demonstrable ability to work effectively with remote teams

  • Familiar with open-source and AI editing tools such as Handbrake, Menace, or Loveable

    Seasoned experience in video editing and graphic design for websites, funnels, and social media content

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and multimedia projects

  • Able to code for embedding content to websites and funnels is preferable

  • Able to apply UI/UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversion across digital experiences is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow branding guidelines, with notable project management skills

  • 5-7 years of design experience, preferably in the real estate, real estate education, and coaching industries, and B2B sectors

  • Must be willing to work remotely and across US time zones

Interested candidates must prepare a portfolio displaying sample works and will be required to perform a sample project as part of the screening process. Output will be solely for screening, shall not be used for operations, and will be watermarked for creative rights.
