Responsibilities and Tasks:
Serve as a backup for the onshore graphics team
Communicate complex concepts through compelling visuals, picture and design funnels, websites, campaigns, and social media
Create mock-ups for products, backgrounds, flyers, and banners
Meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume content output during rush requests
Create high-impact designs that resonate with businesses
Prepare artwork for production, ensuring correct formats and specifications (10 – 40-page PDFs, creates images for landing pages and social media, etc.)
Minimum Skills, Competencies, and Requirements:
Proficiency with major editing tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
Familiar with open-source and AI editing tools such as Menace
Proven experience in graphic design for websites, funnels, and social media content
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and multimedia projects
Able to code for embedding content to websites and funnels is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow branding guidelines; notable project management skills are a plus
3-5 years in graphic design, preferably in the real estate, real estate education, and coaching industries, and B2B sectors
Must be willing to work remotely and across US time zones
Interested candidates must prepare a portfolio displaying sample works and will be required to perform a sample project as part of the screening process. Output will be solely for screening, shall not be used for operations, and will be watermarked for creative rights.
