Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer science or information technology.
Professional certification in Microsoft Azure and networking would be an added advantage.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in Level 4 or advanced Level 3 IT Technical Support Engineer role.
Experience in administering Azure AD, Azure (Paas/Iaas), and O365 admin centre.
Experience in administrating Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with networking design and implementation in on-prem and cloud environments, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, firewalls and dedicated network connectivity.
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune highly valued.
Automate and implement application deployment and configuration policies
Sound knowledge of Windows Servers, AD, DHCP, DNS, Networking & VMWare/Hyper-V.
Provide L2/L3 support for the helpdesk team and resolve technical issues.
Professional certifications in Microsoft products.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting on server, storage and network infrastructures
Develop and conduct user training, technical training and documentation.
