SEO Specialist

Position: Full-time

Setup: Hybrid (Residing in Metro Manila)

Schedule: AU business hours

Role Purpose:

  • To optimise our website’s structure and content to improve its visibility and ranking on search engine results pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for both organic search ranking and paid campaign targeting.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for diverse brands, encompassing technical SEO optimisation, on-page optimization, and link building initiatives.

  • Stay at the forefront of SEO best practices and algorithms, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to website structure, content, and user experience.

  • Leverage web analytics tools like Google Analytics to gain deep insights into website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive SEO reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders, clearly communicating complex concepts in an understandable manner.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and proposing innovative SEO strategies and tactics, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration of SEO initiatives across the organisation.

  • Foster a collaborative spirit, sharing knowledge and expertise to empower collective success.

Job qualifications & experience:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building.

  • Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles and campaign management across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay ahead of the latest industry trends.
