Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage security solutions and policies using Microsoft Azure, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
Maintain VDMR software, solutions, and action best practice patch management to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Establish and manage security devices, firewalls, and 2-factor Authentication (2FA) systems to bolster organizational security
Configure and optimize Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to monitor, detect, and mitigate security threats.
Conduct thorough security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify potential weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT and network teams to design and implement a secure network infrastructure.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and advise on necessary precautions and upgrades.
Conduct regular security awareness training and drills to ensure staff are well-prepared for potential security incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong background in Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Defender.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are highly desirable.
Proficient in configuring and managing security devices, VDMR, EDR, DLP, and firewalls.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues in simple terms.
